Return and Refund Policy

Our Return policy is limited to 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Our Warranty to replace or repair products found to be defective (materials or workmanship) is a 12 month promise. Please see full Warranty and Liability Disclaimer

Returns for reasons other than those covered in the expressed Warranty must be initiated within the 30 day time frame. To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Returns within 30 days that have been used and in like new condition that include all the original packaging and printed material may be eligible for return, subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Several types of goods may be exempt from being refunded: Soft cordage products, components, Slings, Lines, or Bridles with ANY sign of use.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase and an e-mail conversation authorizing the return.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without a Return Authorization Tracking number.

There are certain situations where no refund or only partial refunds are granted: To be determined on a case by case basis. * Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Durable products or components with obvious signs of use that will need to be replaced or refurbished.
  • Soft products or components with ANY sign of use: ie. Slings, Rigging Lines, Bridles.
  • Any item that the return authorization is requested more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Items found to be non-refundable will be deducted from your total refund based on the pricing found in Parts and Service

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be processed to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at our email address below.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Regrettably discounted sales are final. Sale/Closeout items cannot be returned for full refund.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We may also exchange items if they are not what you wanted, defective or damaged. Please send exchange requests to our email address below for exchange details. Send your item to the address provided with your RAT# (Return Authorization Tracking) email.

Return or Exchange Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: The address provided with your RAT# (Return Authorization)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to our error, ie. wrong product shipped etc., all shipping charges will be refunded.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
