Ordering Processing and Shipping
Normal order processing and shipping of in stock items may take 1-10 business days (Monday – Friday)
Shipping Pricing
Shipping via USPS is standard on all products.
- Orders Over $200 = FREE SHIPPING
- Orders Between $101 and $199 = Shipping $10
- Orders Under $100 = Shipping $5
Expedited and International Shipping
Please contact Customer Service for pricing on Overnight or Two-Day
Orders Shipped outside of continental USA are $40 per order
Back-order Items
Back-order items will be processed and shipped within 14 days of availability.
Customs, Duties, & Import Taxes
Customers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes and other fees which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination. Duties on goods can widely vary, depending on the product and the country it was manufactured in. Other charges and duties may also apply, depending on the items. Duty fee will not be refunded on any type of returns. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Signature Confirmation
Some orders may require a signature at time of delivery. If signature is required, carrier will make three delivery attempts, excluding weekends and holidays. Carrier will not deliver unless they acquire a signature.
Return or Exchange Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: The address provided with your RAT# (Return Authorization Tracking)
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to our error, ie. wrong product shipped etc., all shipping charges will be refunded.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
